David Jones
Author, historian, publisher, photographer, art director, collector and cat lover.
David was a really friendly fellow and was always willing to help with any questions anyone had about Saving The Fizz or Thirsty Work or generally regarding collecting. He was a bottle collector for almost 50 years and specialised in Sydney aerated waters for 40 years.
While researching and writing Saving The Fizz, his interest also extended to collecting aerated water patent bottles from Australia and overseas.
His partner Gay is happy to answer any query regarding the purchase of either book.
